To return the goods you need to write to our specialist warranty service to the mailbox: MKSVinfo@gmail.com. Or use the form below. If necessary, attach a photo and / or video of the defective product to the letter to confirm the defect.
Refunds (subject to compliance by the buyer with the law on the return of goods) will be made no later than 10 days from the date of receipt by the online store of the relevant request.
Return procedure:
- the customer sends the goods to the seller;
- the seller receives the goods;
- the seller returns the money.
If the goods were paid for with a bank card – a refund for the goods paid for with a bank card is made only to the card of the customer who paid for the goods.
If the goods were paid for in cash (delivered by courier) or in a retail store, the funds can be paid to the customer both in cash and by bank transfer.
